Do I have to register to post an ad?
No, you do not need to register to post an ad.
Do I have to pay to post an ad?
All regular posts are free. This includes both posting an ad and replying to an ad. You will not be charged.
*Featured and Extended ads are priced according to terms and features.
How do I post an ad?
Posting is easy. Simply follow the steps below:
1. Click "Post Ad" from the left menu, or at the top of all other pages.
2. Choose a category.
3. Enter a title, price (if applicable), and description. You have the option of uploading your photos and/or videos and entering your address.
4. Then enter your email address and click the "Post Your Ad" button.
5. Finally, check your email for a message. Click the "Post Confirmation/Verification" link in that email and your ad will appear on the site.
What if I can't find my verification email?
1. Check your junk/spam folder. (ie. hotmail, aol, aim)
2. Whitelist and approve email from Claja.com.
What are the posting rules?
1. No duplicate ads
We only allow one ad for a particular item/ job/ flat etc per day. Please do not post the same ad more than once on a particular day either in the same category or across multiple categories. Any duplicate ads will be removed.
2. Post in the correct category
Please post in the correct category as it helps both posters in reaching the right audience with their ad and helps the users looking for something to find what they want.
3. No links to other classified/ property/ dating/ job websites
Please do not put a link in your posting to an ad on another website.
We reserve the right to remove any postings that we feel are not relevant, or of value to the our community, with or without notice.

How can I include images / videos in my ad?
1. Images
When you are on the "Post Ad" or "Edit Ad" page, click the "Browse..." button which appears under the Images heading. Select a picture file from your computer's hard disk and click "OK". The picture will then be uploaded and attached to your Ad. You can add up two pictures using the same process. Remember a picture is worth a thousand words!
2. Videos
When you are on the "Post Ad" or "Edit Ad" page, enter the YouTube URL of your video. The video will then appear automatically in your ad. Remember a video is worth ten thousand words!
How can I edit, repost or delete my ad from the site?
If you are a registered user, then you can edit or delete your ad from your manager. If you are not a registered user, find your "Posting Confirmation" email from Claja. This email will have links to edit or delete your ad.
How long do ads last on the site?
Regular ads are automatically removed from the site 60 days after being posted.
I have been a victim of a scam/ I suspect a scam what should I do?
Report it to us so that we can take a look and take appropriate action. If you have been a victim of a scam we also encourage you to report it to the Police.
What if I see an ad that I think is spam, offensive, miscategorized or illegal?
If you see an ad which you think is illegal, prohibited or otherwise a bad fit for the site, please report it by clicking one of the "Reporting this ad" links. Illegal Ads can also be reported by contacting us using the "Report illegal/infringing ad".
